Do you suffer from self-doubt?

Does the idea of “faking it til you make it” make you cringe?

Gain the knowledge, practices and the tools to cultivate your confidence. This workshop is especially valuable if you have a softer style or consider yourself an introvert.

Through guided self-reflection activities and supportive group discussion, we will explore:

• The truth about ‘the imposter syndrome’ and why you doubt yourself

• The biggest myths you probably believe about confidence

• The three key pillars that form a solid foundation for authentic inner confidence

• How to reframe your limiting beliefs, doubts and fears

• Techniques to manage your ‘inner critic’

The Quiet Confidence workshop isn’t simply a series of superficial tips and tricks. We’ll tackle important inner work to address your mindset and beliefs so you can finally feel more centred and at ease, less stressed, and show up as the best version of yourself in your career or business.

“Thanks for the workshop a couple of weeks ago. It has inspired me to do a few things differently already and I wanted to thank you for that. Specifically for embracing some of my fears and deciding to talk about them to my manager. Not something I would have considered doing before so thank you!”
